Mario Nosotti was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina in 1966. He edited the poetry plaquette Rare Music -Poetry & Surroundings-. He obtained the Creation grant from the National Endowment for the Arts. He collaborates with magazines and newspapers in Latin America. He published the poetry books: A mule´s birthing labour (Último Reino, 1998), The process of photographing (Viajera Editorial, 2014), The beach house (Club Hem, 2018), and Two unfinished poems (Caleta Olivia, 2021). Shadows under the oil lamp -short notes on books and literature- (Perdido Edge, 2020) is the volume that compiles his collaborations and critical notes.
